Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 DAYS

Returns must be in original packaging and original condition.

Refunds on tools and notions if items returned within 30 days.

No returns or exchanges on clearance items.

Defective items: can be returned for a full refund.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price along with any relevant shipping charges apply to returned replacement parts and accessories. (This will be deducted from the refund).

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us (sales@ezwarplooms.com) within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (clear photos showing the damage). We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect.

Cancellations: For cancellations that occur after shipping fulfillment, customers will be responsible for any reconsignment or return shipping fees. (This will be deducted from the refund).
